Moss Goes Pro
Visual Identity Design
Each year, Moss brings its entire team to Berlin for a week-long employee event focused on connection, collaboration, and team spirit. For the 2024 edition, titled Moss Goes Pro, I led the creative direction, design, and rollout of the visual identity, inspired by sports culture and themes of transition, momentum, and growth. The system took cues from campaigns like Nike and Euro League events, and was applied across posters, lanyards, stickers, Slack emojis, presentation decks, and motion graphics displayed throughout the office. Working independently, I managed C-level stakeholder alignment and vendor production across Europe, delivering a bold, cohesive brand experience on time and within budget.
