Caya is a document automation platform designed for small and mid-sized businesses in Germany’s tech sector. After going through a process of repositioning, they needed a new website to reflect their focus: turning unstructured documents into structured, actionable data.
I led the redesign project end-to-end, covering research, discovery, sitemap planning, wireframes, UX/UI, content design, and storyboards to visualize how their product works.
The scope included the homepage and two product pages, along with a flexible component system to support future growth. I managed the project independently, aligning with sales and marketing stakeholders, and coordinating a senior designer and a Webflow developer. The result is a clear, structured site that aligns with Caya’s evolved positioning and communicates the value of automation with confidence and precision.

Completed as a freelance project in 2025.
