Founderland Compass
Sub-brand Identity
Founderland is an NGO supporting POC female founders in building successful startups. As part of their expanding offer, they launched Founderland Compass—a hands-on program to help founders navigate negotiations and pitches where they may face bias. The goal was to create a strong sub-brand that could stand on its own while reinforcing the credibility of the parent brand. Working as part of a two-person design team under a creative director, I helped define the brand architecture, naming, and a scalable visual system. The result was a clear, flexible brand toolkit that combines the strength of the Founderland identity with a distinct look and feel for Compass program.
