Founderland is an NGO supporting POC female founders in building successful startups. For one program under the FDL mother brand—Founderland Compass, we developed a bold yet inclusive identity, from naming and brand architecture to execution. The brand reflects clarity, empowerment, and scalability, supporting the growth of a diverse founder community.
